2glue Privacy Statement

2glue, Inc. is a software company that seamlessy integrates a users web applications with the productivity tools they use to get work done on a day to day basis and legacy enterprise applications that they are required to keep up to date.

Scope

2glue recognizes the importance of your privacy. This privacy policy is intended to help you understand what information we collect and how it is used. This policy covers both the services offered by 2glue, Inc. and the 2glue, Inc. corporate website.

Change Policy

This policy is an evolving document. Changes will be necessary as additional features are added to the 2glue products and new relationships are formed. Please refer back frequently to this document.

Information Collection Practices

In General, 2glue only collects and retains personal information that you explicitly provide (for example, by filling out our registration form, or during signing up and configuring a 2glue service) This includes:

• Registration and Use of 2glue services While signing up for 2glue services, we ask you to provide personal information such as your full name, your email address, and set a password. We also ask for information regarding other services you may use, such as phone services, instant messaging services, and web based application services. This information is collected in order to deliver the 2glue services. You may choose not to provide this information, but the service may operate in a degraded mode with access to certain features restricted.
• Web Interactions We also may collect information from you during your normal use of the website, associated blogs and forums, and in email interactions with 2glue.com email address. Website interactions can include your IP Address, browser type, domain name, time/date, referring URL, landing page, and pages viewed.

Third Party Integrations and Disclosures

The 2glue software integrates with other services you may use. In doing so, 2glue may access certain data in the performance of the 2glue service. In general, information from these services is not stored on 2glue services persistently, and is held only long enough to deliver the function requested. Some information is transferred to these services during this process. Of example, if 2glue accesses your data on another service, that service may log the time and date of the interaction as well as the data accessed. It is important for you to carefully review the privacy and security polices of these third party services in addition to the 2glue policy. 2glue may, from time to time, use third parties to process your personal information. For example, the 2glue mail system may be hosted at a third party facility. Any third party with access to your personal information will be required to abide by this statement and exercise appropriate levels of security and diligence to protect it. In addition, 2glue may disclose your personal information when we believe, in good faith, that it is necessary. For example, 2glue might disclose your personal information in response to a court order, during the course of a corporate transaction, during a security or fraud investigation, or in connection with the enforcement of the 2glue EULA.

Information Use

2glue uses your personal information to deliver the 2glue services. 2glue will also use your information in conjunction with ancillary functions such as billing issues and technical support requests. The email address you provide will also be used for periodic emails on service updates, new service introductions, and other corporate communications.

Opt-out

You may cancel your 2glue account at any time.

Child Protection

It is a violation of the 2glue EULA to open or use the 2glue service if you are under the age of 13.

Security

2glue strives to offer a secure environment for you data. We follow generally accepted industry practices, techniques, and technologies to deliver our service and in the storage of personal information. No internet connected resource is fully secure, however. While we use commercially reasonable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its security.
