Call events in salesforce.com are automatically created when contact with the lead occurs via VOIP or your cell phone. Currently 2glue Lead Management supports Cingular Wireless. Need a different Mobile Provider?

The status of your lead automatically changes to contacted when a call to a lead is detected on a configured phone provider.
